Promote rational utilization of biological resources to enhance livelihoods, biodiversity conservation, sustainable development and adaptation to climate change. In order to achieve its goal, LIFT conceive, implement and participate in projects aimed at enhancing the sustainable management of forest resources and ecosystems, the valorization of forest and agricultural resources and the management of the environment and water resources in order to improve livelihoods, fight against food insecurity and poverty, support biodiversity conservation and contribute to local adaptation and mitigation of climate change.
